Browse store data
Page through a store's products, orders, customers and more, search and sort where the store allows it, and open a record.
Each collection in a store has its own tab. The data comes live from the store each time you open or scroll it.
Before you start: you need Can browse the store under Online stores. Without it only the Overview tab shows.
Collections by platform
| Platform | Tabs |
|---|---|
| Shopify | Products, Orders, Customers, Draft orders, Collections, Discounts |
| WooCommerce | Products, Orders, Customers, Categories, Discounts, Plugins |
Steps
- Open Marketplaces and click a store.
- Click a collection tab, for example Orders.
- Read the table. Columns follow the platform. For example Shopify orders show Order, Customer, Payment, Fulfillment, Total and Placed. WooCommerce products show Name, Status, SKU, Price, Stock and Updated.
- At the bottom, "N of M loaded" shows progress. Click Load more from store for the next page (25 at a time).
- Click a row to open it.
Search and sort
- Where the store supports it, a search box appears: "Search all in the store…". Searching runs in the store, across everything.
- Where the store has no search, a note says " does not offer a search API for , so this list is the store's own order."
- Only the columns the store can sort by are sortable. Today these are WooCommerce columns such as product Name, Price and Updated, or orders' Order and Placed.
Open a record
The record window shows the main fields from the table, status badges, an image if there is one, and the rest of the data in labelled sections. At the bottom, Raw data from the store expands to the original data. Click Open in Shopify (or WooCommerce) to edit in the store, or Close.
WooCommerce plugins
A WooCommerce store is a WordPress site, so its plugins matter. The Plugins tab lists the installed plugins in one go: Plugin, Version, Latest (the newest version the store knows about), State (Active or Inactive) and Author, sorted by name. Use it to spot plugins that are out of date.
Note: AxisIQ shows what the store reports. It does not match plugins against vulnerability lists.
Tips
- Collections load only when you open their tab, so opening a store is quick.
- The record window is for reading. Make changes in the store with Open in ….
Troubleshooting
