Marketplaces
Connect Shopify and WooCommerce stores, then browse their products, orders, customers and trading figures live.
Marketplaces connects your online stores to AxisIQ. Once a store is connected you can open it and look at its products, orders, customers and recent trading, always live from the store. Nothing is copied into AxisIQ, and everything on these pages is read-only.
What you can do

- See how a store is trading — the store profile, revenue, orders and breakdowns. Store overview and trading
- Browse the store — products, orders, customers and more, plus WooCommerce plugins. Browse store data
Before you start
- Who can use it: the Online stores row on the Roles page. Can see connections lists the stores but cannot read their data. Can browse the store also reads live products, orders and customers. Full control also connects, edits, tests and disconnects stores. Without any of these you see "No access to Marketplaces".
- Switching it off: Marketplaces is an optional app and must be on in Settings → Apps.
- A key from your store with the right permissions. Its permissions decide what you can read here.
