Store overview and trading
Read the store profile and how it has been trading over the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
Open a store from Marketplaces and stay on the Overview tab. It has the store profile, connection details and a Trading section.
Before you start: reading store data needs Can browse the store under Online stores. With only Can see connections you see a note: "You can see this connection but not read from the store. Ask an admin for the "marketplaces: use" permission."
Store card
The store's own profile, read live.
- Shopify: Store name, Domain, Contact email, Currency, Country, Timezone, Plan, Store created.
- WooCommerce: Store URL, Currency, WooCommerce, WordPress, PHP, Timezone and Forced SSL.
Connection card
Platform, Health (Reachable or Failing), Last checked, Connected (date), Endpoint (a link) and Connection ID with a Copy button.
Trading
Pick 7d, 30d or 90d. The tiles show Revenue, Orders, Average order and, for WooCommerce, Items sold, each for "Last N days" with a small daily trend.
Then:
- Revenue over time and Order volume charts.
- Breakdowns. WooCommerce shows Top sellers · last N days and Orders by status · all time. Shopify shows Payment status · scanned orders.
If there were no orders in the period you see "No orders in the last N days, so there is nothing to plot yet."
Where the numbers come from
- WooCommerce answers from the store's sales reports, so the full range is covered.
- Shopify has no reports interface, so AxisIQ adds up the most recent 250 orders. A note under the section says so: the earliest days of a long range may not be fully covered.
- All amounts are in the store's own currency.
Troubleshooting
A warning shows the error and "the store's sales reports may need a key with report access" The key lacks report access. Create a key with read access to reports.
