Plans and pricing
The plans AxisIQ offers, what each includes, the free trial and the extra-seat prices.
Prices are in INR and exclude 18% GST. A plan is a flat platform fee with a set number of Full and Operational users included. No plan unlocks features others lack; plans differ in seats, allowances and support.

Yearly billing is "2 months free": you pay for ten months.

The 14-day trial
Every new workspace starts with 14 days of the Intelligence allowances and no card. A trial is capped, not metered: when you reach an allowance, adding more is blocked with "trial ... allowance reached — choose a plan to continue" instead of being billed. The trial includes 10 Full and 25 Operational seats. After 14 days with no plan, the workspace moves to Free.
Extra users
Beyond the users a plan includes, you pay per month:
- Full User: ₹1,490
- Operational User: ₹290
Operational seats are meant for people who work in focused workflows such as queues, scanning, forms and approvals. What anyone can do is still decided by their roles. You switch someone's seat in Team & Permissions.
Founding plans
Some workspaces hold older per-user plans (Growth, Business). They show a Founding pricing badge, keep renewing at their own price, and are not offered to others.
