AxisIQ isn't licensed module by module. Your records, workflows, analytics, documents, automation and Axis intelligence operate on the same business context — so Core includes the whole platform and you add people, add-ons and usage as you grow.

Prices are in INR and exclude GST. Every workspace starts with a 7-day trial of the full platform, no card required.

Plans

Core is the one plan: every app, with the people and allowances above included. You add people, add-ons and usage as you grow. Enterprise is for organisations that need deeper implementation, governance or scale: larger deployments across several business teams, custom limits, implementation and migration planning, and a security and architecture review. Contact us and we will price it by scope; custom deals are possible. Ask us about assisted onboarding and migration help.

There is no free plan. Every workspace starts with a 7-day trial of Core with every add-on on, no card, capped rather than billed. After the trial, a workspace without a plan is read-only until you choose one — your data is kept and you can still view and export it.

People

Past the Full and Operational Users included in Core, per month:

• Additional Full User: ₹699
• Additional Operational User: ₹199

• People (HR) app: ₹59 per employee on the roster (1–100), ₹49 (100+), minimum 10

Guests are free: Relay Connect partners, form respondents, e-sign signers, booking guests and website visitors. Relay is included for every Full and Operational User. The owner is always a Full User.

Add-ons

Switch any add-on on or off at any time in Settings → Billing → Add-ons. Each is billed monthly while it is on.

Examples

An 8-person company — 4 Full and 4 Operational Users, Items & Stock with 2 locations and Marketplaces with 1 store — pays ₹7,997 a month. A 60-person multi-store retailer pays about ₹40,000 a month.

What Core includes

Configurable records and custom objects, relationships, custom, auto-numbered and computed fields, CSV import and export, and record history. Orders, customers, products, invoices and payment links, forms, Work Queues with barcode scanning, PDF documents and file storage, and calendars. Ask Axis, the AI Workspace Builder, analytics in SQL or plain language, reports and dashboards, Axis Sheets, the knowledge base and data-quality checks. Flows (including scheduled flows), JavaScript functions, HTTP endpoints for incoming webhooks and API keys. Roles and permissions, field-level permissions, activity history, service accounts, two-factor authentication and passkeys. Connections to Razorpay, messaging providers and external databases. Stock across locations, store connections, hosted sites, in-store checkout, ad campaigns and the Agent Builder are add-ons.

Seats

Full and Operational are a ceiling on what someone's roles can do — the seat type sets the price, and roles still decide the rest. You set a person's seat type in Settings → People.

Full Users design and decide: they build types, fields, flows, functions, reports, SQL, forms, templates, sites and agents; post journals, reconcile and close periods; run payroll; manage settings, roles, billing and API keys; and use Ask Axis on every effort tier, including Deep.

Operational Users do the day-to-day work: edit the records their roles allow; create and issue invoices, quotes and receipts; run POS, queues and scanning, forms and approvals; use shared dashboards, Sheets cells, Drive, Calendar and Relay; and use Ask Axis on Fast and Balanced. They cannot design, use the SQL workspace, post, reconcile or close the books, run payroll, bulk import or export, or change settings, roles, billing or API keys.

Relay-only members have chat, calls and Calendar. Employees get People self-service: their own leave, attendance, payslips, claims and the handbook.

Usage beyond your plan

Normal business usage is included. Heavy computational consumption scales transparently: use past the allowances above is billed at published rates, and live usage is visible in the app at all times.

A Books transaction is each document a person issues — invoice, bill, credit or debit note, receipt, bill payment — plus manual or imported journal entries. Postings Axis makes itself are free.

People, add-ons and usage are billed monthly and added to your next scheduled payment on the same payment method. The billing page shows month-to-date and projected cost live.

FAQ

Why isn't pricing simply per user?

AxisIQ is infrastructure for the company rather than a collection of independent accounts. Core includes a base deployment and a number of Full and Operational Users, with extra people, add-ons and usage priced separately, which keeps pricing aligned with how companies actually deploy operational software.

Can we start small?

Yes. A company can start with one team or workflow and expand the operating model over time. The records, automation, analytics and Axis stay connected as the deployment grows.

Do API keys and service accounts count as users?

No. Users are people. Service accounts, API keys and the automation they run are covered by your plan and its allowances.

We subscribed on an earlier plan. What changes?

Workspaces on the former Intelligence plan have moved to Core. Other existing subscriptions keep their pricing and renew as before unless you choose to move.

Can I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Write to hello@axisiq.co with your GSTIN and we will send a GST tax invoice for your payments.
