Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of AxisIQ: accounts, your data, acceptable use, plans, fees and GST, cancellation, liability and governing law.
Effective date: 2 October 2026
These terms govern your use of AxisIQ, the business software available at axisiq.co (the "Service"), provided by CatalyzeIQ Consultancy (OPC) Private Limited (CIN U62099UP2024OPC213431), Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India ("AxisIQ", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorised to do so; "you" then means both you and that organisation.
1. The Service
AxisIQ is an online platform for running a business: records for orders, inventory, customers, invoices and accounting, with reporting, automation, an AI assistant and related tools. Features differ by plan, as described on the pricing page. We improve the Service continuously and may add, change or retire features; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a paid billing period.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information when you sign up.
- Keep your password and sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
- The person who creates an organisation is its owner and controls who joins it and what each member can do. An organisation is responsible for the actions of its members, service accounts and API keys.
3. Your data
- You own your data. Everything your organisation puts into AxisIQ remains yours. You give us permission to host, process, back up and display it only as needed to provide and support the Service, and for no other purpose.
- You are responsible for your data — for having the right to upload it and, where it includes personal data about other people (your customers, suppliers or staff), for having a lawful basis to process it and for giving any notices the law requires. We process that data on your behalf and only on your instructions.
- Export. You can export your records at any time, including in CSV.
- After you leave. When a workspace is deleted, we delete its data from the live service, and from backups as they expire.
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
4. AI features
The AI assistant and other AI features generate output automatically and can be wrong. Review AI output before relying on it, especially for anything financial, legal or customer-facing. The assistant acts only within the permissions of the person using it and asks for confirmation before actions that move money, send messages, invite people or delete data — but you remain responsible for the actions you confirm.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
- store or distribute malware, or content that is fraudulent, abusive or harmful to children;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, except under the rules on our security page;
- access another organisation's data, bypass permissions or usage limits, or interfere with the Service for other users;
- resell the Service or use it to build a competing product, except as we agree in writing.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the Service or other users at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
6. Plans, fees and taxes
- Trial. A new organisation gets a 14-day trial of the Intelligence plan, within the trial's published limits. No payment method is needed to start one. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, the organisation moves to the Free plan.
- Free plan. Available at no charge within its published limits. Free-plan limits are hard caps.
- Paid plans are a fixed platform fee for each organisation that includes a set number of user seats. Additional seats are charged per seat. Plans are billed in Indian rupees, monthly or yearly in advance, through Razorpay. Prices are listed on the pricing page and exclude GST. We issue a GST tax invoice for your payments on request. An organisation on an earlier per-user plan keeps that plan's pricing while it stays on it.
- Additional seats and usage beyond allowances — seats past those included, and AI tokens, storage, documents and compute past what your plan includes — are billed at the rates published on the pricing page, as an addition to your next scheduled payment on the same payment method.
- Price changes apply from your next billing period after we give you notice.
- Cancellation. An owner can cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings → Billing & usage. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the Service stays available until then. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires.
- Unpaid fees. If a payment fails and is not resolved after we notify you, we may move the organisation to the Free plan or suspend paid features.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep AxisIQ available and back up data every night, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service unless we have agreed a service level with you in writing (for example, on an Enterprise agreement). Support is provided by email at [email protected].
8. Third-party services
The Service can connect to services run by others — online stores, payment gateways, ad platforms, messaging providers and databases. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Connecting one authorises us to exchange data with it on your behalf.
9. Our intellectual property
The Service, its software and its content belong to AxisIQ and its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
10. Disclaimers
Apart from what these terms expressly say, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AxisIQ is a tool for keeping records and running workflows; it is not accounting, tax or legal advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, even if warned they were possible;
- our total liability arising out of these terms or the Service in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in those twelve months.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and compensate us against third-party claims arising from your data or from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law.
13. Ending these terms
You can stop using the Service at any time, and an owner can ask us to delete a workspace by emailing [email protected]. We may end these terms or close an account for a serious or repeated breach, or if we stop offering the Service; where we stop offering the Service we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data. Sections that by their nature should survive — including 3, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14 — survive termination.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, tell account holders by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
