Accept an invitation

Join a workspace from the link in an invitation email.

An invitation email contains a join link. Opening it adds you to the workspace with the roles the inviter chose.

Before you start: The link is valid for 7 days and only for the email address it was sent to.

Steps if you already have an account

1. Sign in with the same email address the invitation was sent to.
2. Open the link from the email. You see Joining your workspace and "Accepting your invitation...".
3. You land on the workspace's dashboard.

Steps if you are new

1. Open the link. You are taken to the sign-up page.
2. Create your account with the invited email address.
3. After sign-up you are taken to the invitation automatically and added to the workspace.

Tips

• The workspace is selected for you after joining. You can switch later in the chooser.
• If you signed up with Google, you may need to click the link in the email once more after signing in.
• If you are not signed in when you click the link, you land on sign-up. Sign in first, then click the link again.

Troubleshooting

That invitation didn't work: This invitation was not found or has expired. It is older than 7 days, was revoked or was already used. Ask for a new one.

This invitation was sent to a different email address. Sign in with the address the invitation went to, or ask for a new invitation to your address.

This invitation link is incomplete The link lost its token. Ask the inviter to send it again.

You can sign in but see nothing The inviter left out roles. Ask them to give you a role in Team & Permissions.
