Phone & Messages — calls and customer messages on your own accounts
Make and take business calls in the browser with a phone menu, ring groups, voicemail, recordings and transcripts — plus email, SMS and WhatsApp. On your own Plivo, Twilio and messaging accounts.
Part of AxisIQ's single business model — The action layer (Run the business). How the layers fit.
Your phone lines and your customer messages, inside the system that already knows your customers. Make and take calls in the browser, send email, SMS and WhatsApp, and keep every call and message on the customer's record — all through your own provider accounts.

A phone system in the browser
- Calls on any page. The phone sits in the top bar. Switch to Available and incoming calls ring you; dial out with your line's number showing.
- A phone menu without a phone vendor. Greeting, opening hours, "press 1 for sales", ring everyone or one person at a time, and voicemail when nobody answers.
- Recordings and transcripts. Record calls with a spoken notice to the caller, have them transcribed, and write an AI summary into the call log.
- Nothing gets lost. Missed calls and voicemails land in the shared inbox, unread and assigned, next to the customer's SMS and WhatsApp messages.

Your accounts, your numbers
Calls run on your own Plivo or Twilio account — Plivo for Indian numbers and calls inside India, Twilio for numbers abroad. Messages go through your own email, SMS or WhatsApp provider. Your provider bills you directly; AxisIQ never carries a call or sends a message from its own account, and adds nothing per minute or per message.
Messages that know the record
- Email, SMS and WhatsApp from one composer, from a record, a flow or a function.
- Templates that fill in names, amounts and links from the record — including approved WhatsApp templates and DLT SMS for India.
- Broadcasts, consent records and opt-outs that are always respected, on the one path every message takes.
Who can do what
Roles decide who can take calls, who can message, who can work the inbox and who can change call routing — down to one line or one account. Every call and message is logged.
