AI workspace builder — describe your business, get your ERP
AxisIQ builds your workspace from a conversation: apps, record types, fields, roles, flows and a home dashboard shaped to your business — no consultants.
Part of AxisIQ's single business model — The business data model (Know the business). How the layers fit.
Every ERP demo starts the same way: someone shows you a screen full of modules built for a business that is not yours, and promises that "configuration" will close the gap. Weeks of consultants later, you are still renaming fields.
AxisIQ starts from the other end. You describe your business; the system builds itself around it.
How it works
When you create a workspace, you land in a short conversation with the built-in assistant. It asks what your business does — in your words, not from a dropdown — and a handful of quick questions about what you track and how work flows. Then it proposes a plan in plain language: the menu modules it will create, the record types under them, the key fields and how they link.
You say "build it", and it does — live, in front of you, typically 7–10 apps and 25–45 record types for a business of real size:
- Menu modules — the main navigation, named the way you think ("Academics", "Sales", "Service Desk"), with the record types filed under them.
- Record types — real database tables for the things you track: students, guardians, courses, enrollments for a school; products, orders, customers, shipments for a store; jobs, vehicles and service visits for a garage. Any vertical works, because nothing is hard-coded.
- Fields with real types — money fields that carry a currency, dates, choice lists with your statuses, unique IDs, and links between records — an enrollment knows its student and its course, an order line knows its product.
- Validation from day one — required fields, formats, choice options and uniqueness are enforced on every write, whether it comes from a form, a CSV import, an automation or the assistant itself.
- Roles, flows and a home dashboard — starting permissions for the people who will use it, flows for the obvious hand-offs, and a first dashboard — plus example data if you want to see it working before importing your own.
The setup conversation is free for its first 60 turns.
Money is the one thing it never reinvents: fees, bills and collections land on the built-in invoices, payments and accounts types, so billing, payment links and the ledger work identically in every vertical.
Not a template — a data model
The result is not a themed template. It is your own schema, indistinguishable from one a consultant would have hand-built: every type gets the same generated screens (lists, forms, search, CSV import/export), shows up in reports, can drive work queues, automations, forms and PDF documents, and is readable by Ask Axis under each person's permissions.
And it keeps evolving the same way it was born. Ask the assistant to "add a blood group field to students" or "create a scholarships type linked to students", or make the change yourself in a few clicks — both go through the same validation.
Two businesses, one platform
An educational institute ends up with an Academics module — students, guardians, courses, sections, enrollments, attendance — with term fees invoiced on the built-in billing types, an admissions form feeding student records, and reports on enrollment and fee collection.
An online store ends up with catalog and sales modules — products, variants, orders, shipments, customers — connected to its Shopify or WooCommerce store, with in-store checkout at the counter and ad spend from connected campaigns joinable against real orders.
Neither business paid for the other's screens. Both got the same platform underneath.
What comes standard
Whatever the assistant builds, every workspace ships with the same operating tools: Forms for collecting data from anyone, Flows for automation, Functions for custom logic, Sheets for bulk editing live records, Analytics for reporting, Drive for files, and permissions with a full audit trail.
Where to start
Start a 7-day trial — no card required — and describe your business; the first version of your workspace is built in that same session. If you are comparing approaches first, see AxisIQ vs traditional ERP or moving off spreadsheets.
