Web Campaigns
See spend and results from your connected ad and email platforms in one place, and pause, resume or reschedule campaigns.
Web Campaigns connects the ad and marketing platforms you already use and mirrors their campaigns and daily results into AxisIQ. You get one view of spend across platforms, and where a platform allows it you can pause, resume or change the budget of a campaign without leaving AxisIQ.
What you can do
- Connect a platform — sign in to Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, Amazon Ads, Mailchimp or Klaviyo. Connect a platform
- Read performance — spend, clicks, conversions, breakdowns, and the campaign list. Overview and campaigns
- Change a campaign — pause, resume or change the budget now, or schedule it. Change or schedule a campaign

Before you start
- Who can use it: the Ad campaigns row on the Roles page.
- Can view reads spend and performance.
- Can run campaigns also syncs, pauses, resumes, changes budgets and schedules changes. This spends money, so grant it with care.
- Full control also connects and disconnects ad accounts and switches accounts on or off. Without view access you see "No access to Web Campaigns".
- Switching it off: Web Campaigns is an optional app and must be on in Settings → Apps.
- Access to an ad account on each platform you connect.
- Not a campaign builder. AxisIQ mirrors, reports and controls campaigns that already exist. You create campaigns on the platform itself.
Where to find it
Launcher category Marketing › Web Campaigns. The left rail has:
- Overview — performance across all connected platforms.
- Campaigns — every campaign in one list.
- Connections — your connected platforms, their health and last sync.
Connect platform is at the top right. Click a connection to open its own page with tabs Overview, Campaigns and Ad accounts.
Key ideas
| Term | What it means |

| Connection | One signed-in platform account, for example "Meta Ads". |
| Ad account | An account on the platform that holds campaigns. One sign-in can cover several. |
| Sync | A fresh copy of campaigns and daily results from the platform. |
| Mirror | What you see is the last synced copy, not a live feed. |
Note: If accounts report in different currencies, totals add them together without converting and the page says so. See Overview and campaigns.
